MOST INVITATIONS PRINTED IN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!
Did you know that a French-Fold is a sheet of paper folded twice to create a four-paneled invitation. This fold is most
common with parchment invitations. Our parchment is a translucent paper made to look like original parchment.
This distinctive paper adds a softening effect to any invitation. We have few invitations titled using the word Ecru.
Ecru is a color of warm creamy beige. Try to word your invitations in a way that best suits you as a couple. If
you are having a casual wedding in a park or at your home, casual wording can be used. If your wedding is more formal,
you should use the traditional formal wedding wording. Should you decide on a semi-casual wedding, then you may want to
use wording that is a bit more personal. Again, try to write something that is
representative of you as a couple, indicating how special day the is that you have planned.

Q: Is there a proper way to address guest on the invitation?
A: Yes. Wedding invitations are always addressed to both members of a married couple, even though the bride may know only
one or knows that only one will attend.
Q: What is a "Save the Date" Announcement?
A: Many lists contain guests that must travel from out of town for this special day. Because invitations are typically mailed
between six to eight weeks prior to the wedding, there may not be enough time for the guest to make arrangements. It is
important that these out of town guests receive a "Save the Date" announcement several months prior to your wedding date.
Q: What is the purpose of a Wedding Announcement?
A: Printed announcements are used to communicate the news of your wedding to family and friends. Do not send announcements
to guests that were invited to your wedding.
Q: How about Engagement Announcements?
A: The announcement of an engagement is typically an informal notification, and lets family and friends know of your recent
engagement and pending nuptials. The engagement announcement does not need to match the invitation.
Q: I'm not sure how to handle Response Cards?
A: Respond Cards, RSVPs, or Response Sets are sent to the guests so they may indicate in return whether they will be attending,
and how many of the invited guests to expect. The respond cards include a card, and a stamped envelope that is usually printed
with a return name and address. The card is typically imprinted with a phrase such as "The favor of a reply is requested", and
a spot to indicate how many guests can be expected.
Q: Can I get envelopes early so I can get busy?
A: Envelopes may be ordered for early delivery prior to the rest of the order. The outer envelopes need to be filled out with
guests names and addresses, while the inner envelopes need to include the guests names alone.
Q: Why would I need Double Envelopes?
A: The traditional set of two envelopes is used with formal invitations and announcements. The outer envelope is addressed
to the guest and may have your (the sender’s) address printed on the back flap. The inner envelope, with the invitation
and enclosures is enclosed inside the outer envelope. The inner envelope carries only the guests’ names. The inner
envelope is available with a coordinating liner; it is not gummed and is not sealed.
Q: What is Die-Cutting?
A: Die-Cutting is the process of using sharp metal rules to cut shapes and designs into paper. Die-cutting includes cutout
shapes and sculpted edges.
Q: What if I need to make changes to my invitation?
A: If you’ve sent your order and you’ve found you’ve made a mistake, please call us immediately. We will
confirm the status of your order, and will let you know if a change can be made. Please note additional fees may be required
to stop your order to make a change. We encourage you to look over your order very carefully before sending it to avoid the
cost of having it reprinted.
Q: What if I need to order more invitations?
A: Contact us immediately if you discover you need to increase the quantity. We will try to catch the order before it’s
printed. The price for an additional 25 is always a better value than a new order for 25. Consider ordering an extra 25 in
case of mistakes or last minute additions. If your order cannot be stopped before it is printed, we will notify you, and you
will be charged the new order price.
Q: What about reorders?
A: To place a reorder, please select the “Order Status/Reorder” link on the home page. You will need your
confirmation number and zip code to recall your previous order. You can make the changes you want by editing your order and
resubmitting it.
Q: Do you offer rush service?
A: Because our production time is so fast, we are unable to rush your order once it is in-house. However, we suggest you
choose an expedited shipping method on the shipping screen to ensure the quickest delivery.
Q: Is there an easy way to handle the Return Address?
A: A return address should be pre-printed on the flap of the outer envelope of your invitations. With the pre-printed
return address on the outer envelope, any invitations that are undeliverable will be promptly returned to you.
